The Local Grocer is a full-service natural foods market, cafe, bakery & deli. Our cafe serves healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch from 8 AM- 3 PM daily and EVERYTHING on our menu can be made GLUTEN FREE. PLEASE NOTE OUR CAFE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVIDE. Our deli offers all naturally raised deli meats, regional cheeses and lots of grab and go options for those on the run. For our market and cafe, we purchase our food and products as regionally as possible. We have a raw chocolate bar, gluten-free bakery case and serve freshly squeezed organic juice and smoothies. We use only recycled/recyclable or compostable to-go containers in our cafe and deli.

We offer local, organic and naturally raised meats, eggs, milk, cheese and produce. We sell organic beer and wine, bulk foods, healthy energy bars (no soy protein isolate here), herbs and supplements and eco housewares and gifts.

Our health food market offers a wide variety of products to meet your weekly grocery needs. We have a large gluten-free section and strive to offer products that meet special dietary needs. We have a comprehensive herb and supplement section and educated and informed staff to help with your buying choices. We put time and effort into researching everything in the store, making sure we provide you with quality, healthy, ethical products.
Our breakfast and lunch café offers original, delicious and healthy menu options, meeting diverse dietary needs and choices. We use 100% organic produce, and our meats and cheeses are truly all-natural – no antibiotics, growth hormones or preservatives. We use organically raised local free range eggs from Little Field Farm in Eaton, NH. We offer many gluten-free items on our menu as well as in our deli. Our grab-and-go deli selection is quite extensive for those days when you are on the run but still want to eat healthily, and our coffee and espresso are organic and locally roasted. We believe in using local products whenever possible. This not only helps support our local economy but also to cut down on our use of natural resources.
