Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski area with 464 acres of skiing and snowboarding on 63 trails and 35 glades! Ten lifts, including the Bretton Woods Skyway 8-Passenger Gondola and four high-speed quads, make your ride up the mountain almost as fun as the ride down. If there's snow falling, chances are we've got it - or we can make it with snow-making on 92% of our trails. And, because you'll want to stay on our slopes until after dark, we also offer night skiing and riding.

The designated Learning Center Quad accesses beginner-friendly terrain and is complimentary to all ages Monday-Friday during non-holiday periods.

A full service rental and repair shop, PSIA ski school and a variety of retail shops and dining venues make Bretton Woods the perfect choice for your next day on the slopes, or an extended ski getaway.


The Bretton Woods Nordic Center is one of the largest and most scenic in the East, with a 100km network that meanders through the grounds of the Omni Mount Washington Resort and the White Mountain National Forest, and includes a connecting trail to the Appalachian Mountain Club's Highland Center.  Trails are groomed for classical and skate skiing, and may be used by skiers and snowshoers alike.  There are 11km dog friendly trails, plus a designated Mountain Road trail that originates from the top of the Bethlehem Express chair at the Bretton Woods alpine area.
