The Fournier Family purchased the property in November of 2016 and brought a 40 year tradition back as the new Thompson House Eatery. Living, working, and farming on the property, with a small exceptional staff, brought a dream of theirs to fruition. Chef Jeffrey Fournier sources the finest and freshest ingredients, to offer the utmost in quality, making nearly everything on the menu from scratch. From pasta, to bread, to ice cream and pastries we strive to provide an outstanding culinary experience steeped in tradition and integrity.
