Experience a meal prepared with local organic produce, free range chicken, and nitrate free meats. All of our major ingredients are made in house and cooked in a wood fired cauldron or in a hand built wood burning earthen oven.

  • Mopsy's Kalua Pie Either smoked free range pork shoulder or free range chicken with a homemade pineapple BBQ, organic red onions, fresh pineapple, Heart SOng Farm goat cheese, whole milk mozzarella, imported parmesan and our organic herb mix
  • Tuscan Homemade fresh basil and garlic pesto with Heart Song Farm goat cheese, imported kalamata olives, whole milk mozzarella, imported parmesan and our organic herb mix
  • Pepperoni and Mushroom our wood fired tomato sauce with homemade nitrate free pepperoni and organic mushrooms, whole milk mozzarella, imported parmesan and our organic herb mix
  • Jay's Heart Our "traditional cheese pizza" made with our woodfired tomato sauce, whole milk mozzarella, imported parmesan and our organic herb mix
  • Happy Valley Community our wood fired tomato sauce with organic mushrooms, caramelized onions, whole milk mozzarella, imported parmesan and our organic herb mix
  • Vegan (dairy free) Our wood fired tomato sauce, organic caramelized onions, organic mushrooms, and imported kalamata olives finished with our organic herb mix

Our homemade dough that is made daily from 100% organically grown wheat germ that is milled into white flour and the wheat germ restored
