ATTENTION: TEACHERS, PARENTS, AND STUDENTS. WHAT’S NEXT?
EXPO19 OFFERS OPTIONS TO EXPLORE FOR LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL

North Conway, NH - The Mt Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce presents Life After High School in partnership with EXPO19. Teachers, parents, and students are invited to participate from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort in North Conway. Students, along with their parents and teachers, will learn about options for careers and quality of life in Mt Washington Valley by visiting with and talking directly to the businesses that have opportunities.  This is a great learning experience and a terrific way to become aware of the choices available and gather ideas from one place. Life After High School is free to attend and all students will have a chance to win $50 in random drawings.

Afterward, those attending will have the opportunity to talk with exhibitors from fields of information including technology, energy, recreation, insurance, media, wellness and more, all under one roof showcasing their products and services

STAY &THRIVE MWV provides mentorship via internships, job shadows, apprenticeships and financial assistance to ages 16 to 21 seeking a sustainable career in Mt. Washington Valley and supports the need for a skilled and ready workforce in the valley.

EXPO19 is a free event presented by the Mt Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Chalmers Insurance Group, Eversource and Mount Washington Radio Group. Supporting sponsors include Eastern Oil & Propane, Memorial Hospital Maine Health, Heartland Payment Systems, New Hampshire Electric Co-op, TD Bank, Northeast Delta Dental, Northledge Technologies, The Conway Daily Sun, and Red Jacket Mountain View Resort.
