MT WASHINGTON VALLEY WELCOMES CANADIAN TRAVELERS WITH VICTORIA DAY OFFERS, SPECIAL PACKAGES AND KINDNESS FESTIVAL

Visit North Conway, NH on Victoria Day Weekend and be ready for some very special kindness

North Conway, NH, USA – While the Canadian maple leaves you see in North Conway, NH retailers’ windows mean “Bienvenue/Welcome”, they also signify special offers for Canadian visitors coming over Victoria Day weekend, May 16-19, 2014.  Mt Washington Valley is rolling out the red carpet for Canadian visitors coming to celebrate Victoria Day weekend in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.  Special Lodging packages and tent sales/retailer offers will be found among Mt Washington Valley’s 200 tax-free outlets, boutiques, and stores.  And everywhere you look, kindness will be awaiting as the 3^nd Annual Kindness Festival gets underway throughout the weekend including a specially priced day of adventure at Cranmore Adventure Park, , free concerts, give-aways, and plenty of random acts of kindness throughout the weekend. The Be Kind Fest taking place throughout the weekend is packed with concerts, lectures and workshops, a candlelight labyrinth, and special offers plus giveaways from retailers, restaurants and more.  It culminates in a specially priced day of adventure for participants at Cranmore Adventure Park.  Many ambassadors will be on hand throughout the weekend dispensing kindness, balloons, and other donated items. Events are free but you can show your support with a donation being collected at North Conway Village businesses for Visiting Nurse Home Health Care & Hospice of Carroll County and Western Maine . Settlers’ Green Outlet Village, North Conway’s largest Outlet Mall will host a mall-wide tent sale offering extra value off favorite already low manufacturer’s prices.  Visit stories like Nike, GAP, Old Navy, Carter’s, and more.  Stop by the Settlers’ Green Outlet Village Customer Service desk on Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17 to receive a complimentary Canadian flag while supplies last. Additionally, retailers and restaurants throughout North Conway Village will also be offering special Victoria Day sales.

Mt Washington Valley’s ten golf courses – all within a 45 minute or less drive of North Conway – will be open for those who’d rather putt than shop.  And hiking, biking and a trip to Tuckerman Ravine for die-hard skiers also offer options for the weekend.

Cranmore Adventure Park:

Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park will be opening for summer operations a week earlier than in the past on Sat. and Sun. May 17-18, for the Mountain Adventure Park only from 10am-4pm, (moving to regular early season hours and pricing starting Memorial Day weekend).  Mountain Adventure Park pricing for Kindness weekend will be specially offered at $19 per person for unlimited rides in the Mountain Adventure Park.  Additionally, look for single ride tickets to be distributed as random gifts to visitors in town through the Kindness Festival.

Fireside Sleigh Rides, Brownfield:

Snowvillage Inn, Snowville, NH

The Snowvillage Inn will offer Canadians 10% off in lieu of Canadian at Par on May 16th and 19th in their casual fine dining room from 5:30-9pm both nights.  Closed on May 17, for a private function and will not able to extend the invitation for that night. 

Abenaki Trail Restaurant, Bartlett, NH

 The restaurant will offer a 10% discount for the Canadians. 

1785 Inn & Restaurant, North Conway, NH
