MT WASHINGTON VALLEY HOPING TO SET A RECORD FOR THE LARGEST SNOW DANCE AT BLACK MOUNTAIN

Calling all snow lovers and snow dancers to help insure a snowy winter

Jackson, NH – While we’re going with predictions it’ll be a cold and snowy winters, Black Mountain and the Mt Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce are not taking any chances.  In what they are hoping will set a record for the largest snow dance, crowds are being recruited to join fellow dancers and pay homage to the snow spirits on Saturday, November 17, 2012, starting at 4:00pm. 

People of all ages are asked to come help set a record at Black Mountain for the largest snow dance while ushering in the 2012-13 ski season with some great dancin’ and good cheer on November 17, 4:00-8:00pm.  The bonfire will be stoked and an attempt to set a record for the Largest Snow Dance will occur with live music and maybe even a snowfall!

There will be live music by the Revtones, dancing, bonfire and food and drink available in the Lostbo Pub.  Bring family and friends and help build the crowd for a record breaker of a snow dance!

While the event takes place from 4:00-8:00pm, those interested in taking part in the Snow Dance should be on hand by 4:45pm. Each participant will be asked to register via his/her signature.  Photos and video will help confirm the record crowd.
