Columbus Day traditionally celebrates the peak of fall foliage in Mt Washington Valley with colors in the Northern notches in full color, with Southern parts of the Valley including Albany and Tamworth following afterward. This Columbus Day weekend is no exception, except that the leaves are particularly brilliant this year! The foliage is so beautiful even the wildlife is coming out of the White Mountain National Forest to see the leaves!
